Shunsuke Toya
戸谷 俊介
Engaged in domestic and international motorsports-related business at Dentsu Meitetsu Communications (DMC). While serving as head of DMC's Tokyo branch, he joined the Meitetsu Group's "Drone Commercialization Committee." At the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show, drawing on his motorsports expertise, he organized DTRC2019—Japan's first FAI (Fédération Aéronautique Internationale)-sanctioned Drone World Cup—and a symposium on the coming revolution in aerial mobility. Captivated by the possibilities of the sky, he became President & CEO of Prodrone Co., Ltd. in 2021, championing the vision of "becoming the standard of the sky."

Kiyokazu Sugaki
菅木 紀代一
He has over 35 years of experience developing radio-controlled helicopters and drones. A competitor himself, he has appeared in the Japan Championships and has served as a judge at FAI/F3C championships in Japan and abroad. He became Vice President of Prodrone Co., Ltd. in 2015. As CTO, he leads the development of innovative drones that solve social challenges. In December 2021, he unveiled the "Sea-Air Integrated Drone" featuring a built-in submersible, co-developed with KDDI Corporation and KDDI Research, Inc.

Kazuo Ichihara
市原 和雄
He was engaged in the design and development of network-based video and communications equipment at a major home-appliance manufacturer. He later became independent and founded Net&Logic Inc., developing various services on networks and in the cloud. In 2015, he took part in the founding of Prodrone Co., Ltd. Based at the Tokyo branch, he works on hardware and program development at sites such as the Fukushima Robot Test Field. On his days off, he enjoys reading technical books.

Shusaku Takeshima
竹島 周作
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Hitotsubashi University in 2004. Certified Public Accountant. Spent 12 years at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, primarily engaged in financial audits, internal control system establishment support, and growth support for numerous venture and startup companies. Joined Prodrone in 2016. As the head of the business division, responsible for formulating and promoting domestic and international business strategies.

橋本 寛之
Completed the Master's Program in Aerospace Engineering at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University in 2002. Spent 17 years at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries engaged in the development of missile defense systems and other projects. Joined Prodrone in 2019. As the Deputy Head of the Engineering Department, he leads product development from a technical perspective.

Yuki Nakagawa
中川 雄貴
Graduated from the School of Economics at Nagoya University in 2010. Certified Public Accountant. Spent 12 years at KPMG AZSA LLC and Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC (currently Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC), engaging in financial statement audits and internal control audits, and supporting corporate financial and governance structuring. Joined Prodrone in 2024. Oversees the administrative division and is responsible for building governance to strengthen the company's management foundation and drive sustainable growth.
