Prodrone is a rare drone manufacturer in Japan that handles everything from airframe design and manufacturing to software development. As the drone market grows, the requests we receive continue to increase. To meet the needs of more customers and to grow the drone industry from Aichi and Nagoya, we are looking for new members.

Our engineering team is made up of specialists across mechanical design, electrical circuit design, and software development, along with skilled manufacturing engineers and some of Japan's best drone pilots. Working Environment
Complete two-day weekend (Saturdays and Sundays)

Hiring Process
Application

Document Screening
If you pass the document screening, we will reply with an invitation to the first interview within one week of receiving your application.
First Interview
An interview with a team lead and others (in person or online, about 1 hour).
Final Interview
An interview with executives and the president (in person, about 1 to 2 hours). A practical skills test may be conducted if needed.
Offer
Promptly after the final interview, we will notify you of the result and, if you are accepted, the offer terms.
