Prodrone Co., Ltd. announces the allocation of new shares to Canon Marketing Japan Inc.

Canon Marketing Japan Inc. will become an investor in PRODRONE Co., Ltd., and the companies will conclude a sales contract for Canon Marketing Japan Inc. to sell PRODRONE industrial drones in Japan. Canon plans to expand video analysis solutions for high definition image data acquisition and related services by including Canon video input devices on industrial drones developed by PRODRONE Co., Ltd. Canon Marketing Japan Inc. will provide equipment for drones, related services and support across the country as a principal distributor of PRODRONE Co., Ltd. industrial drones.
