“There have been no major mechanical changes since the last World Championship two years ago, but the control speed has become faster, and we have been adjusting the setup since last year to match that.This year, we mainly made adjustments to refine the parts that we were unable to complete at last year's Japan Championship.We did not change the direction drastically, but we re-established the balance.It is a familiar aircraft and is highly reliable, and I think the fact that we were able to complete it with minor adjustments that were within our expectations on site led to the results. As a side note, when I flew the plane with the local settings after returning to Japan, it flew better with the settings I had before going to the tournament (before I left the country), so I think the settings adjusted to the European atmosphere may have been effective.
