Prodrone Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director, Chairman and President: Yamaguchi), a core company of the Kyrix Group. Shigeki (hereinafter referred to as "Kirix Lease") has acquired exclusive sales rights and will begin sales from June 3, 2025. In addition, Prodrone increased its capital through third-party allotment to the Kyrix Group. "Tasketto" is an aircraft developed to be optimized for Japan's agricultural environment, based on the industrial drone "Prodrone GT-M" developed by Prodrone for use in harsh situations such as disasters and defense. While battery-powered drones have become mainstream in the domestic drone market, issues such as the hassle of charging, battery deterioration, and the rising cost of installing chargers have become apparent. To address these issues, the Tasketto uses a gasoline engine to enable continuous work and quickly restart work by refueling. In addition, considering the large amount of vehicle movement and limited loading space in Japanese agriculture, we sought to make the machine light enough to be carried by one person (7.5 kg in weight) and compact enough to be loaded onto a passenger car or light cargo vehicle (total length 1,570 mm when the propeller is folded). This makes it an extremely convenient machine for Japanese farmers who work while moving between multiple fields. It can carry up to 8 liters of pesticides, and can spray 1 ha in one flight if the pesticide is diluted 8 times.
