Concluded a grant agreement with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) for the "Ukraine Green Industry Reconstruction Project by Creating New Businesses through Technology Transfer from Japanese Companies"

Prodrone Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director: Shunsuke Toya, hereinafter referred to as Prodrone) is pleased to announce that it has concluded a grant agreement for the feasibility study of the ``Project for Revitalizing Ukraine's Green Industry by Creating New Businesses through Technology Transfer from Japanese Companies'' (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"), which was supported by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) with funding from Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) is implementing a green industry recovery program for Ukraine from 2024 to 2028. The Project for Revitalizing Ukraine's Green Industry by Creating New Businesses through Technology Transfer from Japanese Companies is funded by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and aims to support the recovery of Ukraine's industry and the creation of an innovation ecosystem through technology transfer, human resource development, and business co-creation between the private sectors of Ukraine and Japan.

This project will be carried out by Prodrone as the operator in cooperation with Padeco, Blue Bridge Partners, Ukrainian companies Island Systems, and Drone UA. By improving low-altitude, stable flight technology for drones equipped with landmine detectors and combining this with AI analysis, we will realize landmine detection activities that are safer and more efficient than before, contributing to the reduction of casualties and injuries during detection activities.

Through this project, we aim to contribute to the recovery of Ukraine's green industry and further develop Prodrone's drone technology. We will link this technological development to the creation of new industries in Ukraine and work towards the goal of eliminating landmines from the world.
