(Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President and CEO: Shunsuke Totani, hereinafter referred to as PRODRONE) is a subsidiary of Nagoya Bank (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Ichiro Fujiwara) and its investment specialist subsidiary, Nagoya Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director: Kazu Kondo, hereafter referred to as PRODRONE). We conducted a third-party allotment of capital to the Meigin Venture No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed and operated by Nagoya Capital Partners. With this investment, PRODRONE will accelerate the social implementation of drones and the creation of new core industries through the Aichi Prefecture project "Aichi Mobility Innovation Project (*)".
