Notice regarding investment from JTEKT Corporation Aiming to develop a “flying light truck”

PRODRONE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President and CEO: Shunsuke Totani, hereinafter referred to as PRODRONE) has conducted a third-party allotment of capital to JTEKT Corporation (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, President and CEO: Kazuhiro Sato, hereinafter referred to as JTEKT). Since the start of technical cooperation in February 2023, the two companies have deepened their cooperative relationship.
