Hiroki Ito (from TKK Works), whose aircraft "PDH-02C" is supported by PRODRONE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PRODRONE"), won the individual victory at the world's highest RC helicopter championship, "2019 FAI F3CN World Championships (August 3-10, 2019, Ballenstedt, Germany)." Team JAPAN [Ito 1st place, Iso Masatoshi 5th, Kunii Shinya 9th (from PRODRONE)] also won the team championship. Forty-nine competitors from 17 countries gathered to compete in a heated competition over seven days. Ito, who has won the world number one title five times in the past, was in a fierce dead heat with defending champion Ennio from the preliminary round, but with his dynamic and stable flight, he earned points and won. Mr. Ito said in an interview after the tournament, ``We were able to make adjustments without compromise and were able to participate in the tournament without changing the aircraft specifications.The PDH-02C has a good overall balance of flight performance and quietness, so I feel that we were able to fly consistently during the tournament even in bad weather such as strong winds and crosswinds.It was the aircraft we needed to win.'' Kunii, head of development at PRODRONE, has participated in the World Championship six times in the past and served as Team Japan leader for the fourth time. ``Although the wind conditions changed greatly from round to round, we were able to fly at a relatively low rotor rotation speed of 1350 rpm for hovering and 1730 rpm for stunting, and I think the silent flight was highly praised.This time, we were able to confirm once again the high adaptability of PDH-02C.''
