Notice Regarding Fundraising from PERSOL VENTURE PARTNERS — Strengthening Talent Acquisition and Development Systems, and Promoting the Establishment of a Mass Production System for Domestic Drones

Prodrone Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture; President and CEO: Shunsuke Totani; hereinafter "Prodrone") has implemented a third-party allotment of new shares to Persol Venture Partners LLC (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Managing Partner: Takeyuki Kato; hereinafter "Persol"), a corporate venture capital arm of the Persol Group.

Under its vision of "becoming the most trusted drone company in the region," Prodrone aims to build a drone ecosystem in the Chubu region of Japan. The company is currently strengthening its operational structure toward the mass production and stable supply of domestically produced drones. Through this funding, Prodrone will leverage the Persol Group's extensive talent network and expertise in recruitment and development to further promote the active acquisition and training of specialized professionals.

Moving forward, Prodrone will continue to focus on building a talent foundation that supports the development of the drone industry and contributing to the resolution of social issues through the widespread adoption of safe and secure domestic drones.
