Notice of Third-Party Allotment of Shares to the Japan Organization for Decarbonization Initiatives as the Allottee: Accelerating Aircraft Development and Social Implementation Toward Decarbonization (GHG Reduction)

Prodrone Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture; President and CEO: Shunsuke Totani; hereinafter "Prodrone") has resolved to issue new shares through a third-party allotment to Japan Green Investment Corporation for Carbon Neutrality (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroyuki Kato).

Our unmanned helicopter, the "Prodrone GT-M," is extremely lightweight at 6.5 kg, yet capable of one hour of flight on one liter of fuel. For example, replacing manned helicopters with the Prodrone GT-M in surveillance operations and other applications can significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

Through this investment, Prodrone will accelerate the technological development and social implementation of its aircraft, such as the Prodrone GT-M, thereby reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and contributing to the realization of a decarbonized society.
