We have confirmed that “impersonation (fake) accounts” using Prodrone’s company name, logo, and company information (address, phone number, etc.) without authorization currently exist on social media platforms such as Threads and LINE.

These fake accounts pose as Prodrone to send direct messages (DMs) and similar communications, attempting to solicit the signing of business outsourcing contracts or requesting the disclosure of personal information and bank account details. Prodrone has absolutely no affiliation with these accounts or any linked LINE accounts. Please note that Prodrone never conducts business negotiations or enters into contracts via social media.

If you receive a suspicious direct message (DM), do not reply and do not access any URLs provided. Please be absolutely careful not to sign or stamp any business contract documents sent via DM, nor send any personal information or bank account details. Additionally, if you discover such an account, please immediately stop all communication, block the account, and report it as “impersonation” or “spam” on the respective platform.

Please note that Prodrone cannot be held liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of these fake accounts. We are currently reporting these violations to the platform operators and requesting the removal of the accounts. We ask that you all exercise extreme caution.
