Signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation with the Occitanie region of France

On October 6, 2025, Prodrone Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President and CEO: Shunsuke Toya, hereinafter referred to as Prodrone) held a signing ceremony to conclude a "Memorandum of Understanding on Mutual Cooperation" with the Occitanie region of the French Republic. Through this memorandum, both parties will cooperate in research and development, international expansion, and sales channel expansion in the drone field.1. BackgroundAichi Prefecture signed a memorandum of understanding on friendly exchanges and mutual cooperation with the Occitanie region of France in June 2018, and has been actively promoting economic exchanges centered on the aerospace field. Based on these exchanges between local governments, Prodrone, headquartered in Aichi Prefecture, has concluded a memorandum of understanding regarding mutual cooperation with the Occitanie region.2. Since Aichi Prefecture concluded a partnership agreement with the Occitanie region, we have deepened exchanges centered on the aerospace industry for eight years. With today's memorandum of understanding signed, we hope that the collaboration between the Occitanie region and Prodrone will be strengthened, and that Prodrone's drones will be used not only in Aichi Prefecture and the Occitanie region, but around the world, contributing to the development of local industry and the lives of people, and we hope to continue to support them.
